Stephanie grew up in Kennewick, learning the bookkeeping side of her family’s construction business throughout her younger years and well into later decades. After college at WSU and U of I, she started her career as a CPA with a local Pasco firm and continued to expand her horizons working with numerous clients and developing her skills in tax, financial reporting and auditing. 

She then lived in Pendleton for 15 years, working in economic development, building and managing businesses and commercial real estate for the Umatilla Tribes, while also having a CPA partnership.  These were both invaluable experiences. 

After moving back to the Tri-Cities, she has worked again with her first CPA mentor to set up In Balance CPA Group.  Stephanie enjoys working with clients to understand their challenges and help them with their accounting and tax needs.

Stephanie values family time, her love of four-legged family members (dogs and goats), kayaking and growing flowers and vegetables.
